Each creation uses credits according to its complexity: about 8 for a static post, 15 for an animated post or animated story. Muffino shows an estimate before each creation, and your balance is always visible.
The credits included in your plan renew every month and do not carry over from one month to the next. Credits you add on top of your plan never expire.

A brand is a website analyzed by Muffino, with its own design system, photos and posts. An agency creates one per client.
Yes, you can move to a higher or lower plan, or change your volume of credits, at any time from your account.
You can add some at any time: 100 credits for €35 excl. VAT, 500 credits for €150 excl. VAT. These credits never expire. Agencies can also add a brand for €15 per month.
Yes, prices are shown excluding VAT. With the annual plan, 2 months are free.
