Status of your request

1. Data received from Instagram

When you link an Instagram account to Muffino, or log in with Instagram, we receive the following from Meta: the account’s ID and username, its name and profile picture, its account type, an access token and, for content published from Muffino, the ID and link of each post.

To delete this data, remove Muffino from your Instagram account: Settings › Security › Apps and Websites, then “Remove” next to Muffino (or from Facebook: Settings › Apps and Websites). Meta then forwards your request to us, and we automatically delete, without delay:

• the Instagram connections of every workspace to which this account was linked, together with their access tokens, username and picture;
• the ability to log in to Muffino with this Instagram account;
• the IDs and links of the posts published through this account;
• if your Muffino account was created with Instagram: your name, your profile picture and the technical email address linked to your Instagram ID.

Meta gives you a confirmation code: this page, opened with that code, confirms that the deletion has been completed.

You can also, without going through Instagram, unlink an account from the Muffino “Calendar” (« Calendrier »): its connection and its access token are then deleted.

2. Deleting your entire account

The owner of a workspace can delete it from Muffino, under account menu › “Workspace” (« Espace »): its brands, content, scheduled posts and Instagram connections are erased.

To also delete your user account and all of your personal data, write to contact@muffino.ai from your account’s email address. Deletion is carried out within 30 days, except for data that the law requires us to keep (invoices: 10 years). See also our privacy policy.
